Lab 3 - Nutrient Testing

In this multipart lab, we test for the presence of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, and saccharides, in everyday foods.

Once trained in basic testing, we apply the test to determine the potential identifies of four unknown materials. There will be a write up for each of the four unknowns, so be prepared for it.
