Our organization was founded by Mason Weaver with the vision of creating a player-first environment where athletes can compete at a high level while continuing to grow both on and off the field. We are committed to strong fundamentals, high softball IQ, teamwork, discipline, and preparing athletes for future opportunities in the game and in life.

Travel softball requires significant financial support for tournament fees, field rentals, uniforms, equipment, travel expenses, training opportunities, and athlete development resources. Sponsorships help reduce the financial burden on families while allowing our athletes access to the tools and opportunities they need to succeed.

Emerald Coast Elite Fastpitch is currently operated under Ravven LLC and is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization at this time.

Our organization was built with the goal of creating a transparent, development-focused environment for athletes and families. All sponsorships, fundraising proceeds, and team-related funds are used directly to support team operations and athlete opportunities, including:

• Tournament and league fees

• Practice field and facility rentals

• Equipment and training resources

• Uniforms and team gear

• Team development opportunities

• Organizational operating expenses

While sponsorships and donations made to ECE/Ravven LLC are not currently tax-deductible charitable contributions, we are committed to operating with honesty, professionalism, and full transparency regarding how team funds are used.

Businesses and sponsors still receive promotional and advertising benefits through partnership opportunities, including social media recognition, logo placement, team marketing materials, and event exposure.
