OUR MISSION

At Emerald Coast Elite Fastpitch (ECE), our mission is to develop strong, confident, and competitive student-athletes both on and off the field. We are committed to building a culture centered around accountability, hard work, teamwork, and respect while providing athletes with opportunities to grow through high-level competition, skill development, and mentorship.

ECE was founded on the belief that athletes deserve a positive, structured environment where they can compete at a high level while still enjoying the game they love. We strive to prepare players not only for the next level of softball, but for life beyond the game through leadership, discipline, and character development.

Our organization is dedicated to helping athletes pursue their goals — whether that means competing at the varsity level, playing in college, or simply becoming the best version of themselves on and off the field.

Our goal at Emerald Coast Elite Fastpitch is to provide athletes with the tools, opportunities, and exposure needed to compete at the highest level possible for their individual journey.

We aim to accomplish this by:

• Developing fundamentally sound softball players with a high softball IQ

• Providing competitive tournament and showcase opportunities

• Teaching athletes how to compete with confidence under pressure

• Helping players build leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

• Preparing athletes for high school and collegiate softball opportunities

• Offering recruiting guidance, player branding, and skills video support

• Creating an environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and held accountable
