Teamwork

Softball is built on trust, communication, and teamwork. At ECE, we work to create a culture where athletes understand the value of supporting one another both on and off the field.

We believe every player has a role and every role matters. Through practices, competition, and team experiences, we teach athletes how to compete together, encourage one another, and overcome adversity as a unit.

Our coaching staff works closely with players and families to ensure athletes are challenged, supported, and given the tools needed to succeed individually while contributing to the success of the team.
