About Us

Welcome to Emerald Coast Elite Fastpitch — a competitive fastpitch organization built on player development, accountability, fundamentals, and family culture. Founded by Mason Weaver, ECE was created to give athletes throughout the Florida Panhandle an environment where they can grow as softball players, teammates, leaders, and confident young women.

At ECE, we believe success starts with hard work, discipline, trust, and doing things the right way. Our focus is on developing fundamentally strong athletes with high softball IQ, mental toughness, leadership skills, and a genuine love for the game. We believe in long-term development over shortcuts and in creating opportunities for athletes to compete at a high level while still enjoying the process.

Coach Mason brings years of playing experience, including collegiate softball experience, along with a passion for teaching the game the right way. As a former utility player with a strong defensive background and deep understanding of the sport, Mason emphasizes fundamentals, teamwork, accountability, confidence, and mental toughness. ECE was founded with the vision of creating a fresh, player-first culture where athletes are challenged to improve while feeling supported throughout their development.

Emerald Coast Elite Fastpitch Incorporated is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving young athletes throughout the Florida Panhandle. Through community partnerships, sponsorships, fundraising, and charitable support, ECE works to provide athletes with access to competitive opportunities, quality training, equipment, player development resources, and financial assistance when possible.

Our mission extends beyond winning games. We are committed to developing strong athletes, dependable teammates, and future leaders while building an organization our players, families, sponsors, and community are proud to represent.
