Summer Sunday School: There are only two volunteers so far to lead Summer Sunday school for Preschool and Jr., Sr. Kindergarteners (3 - 5 yr. olds). We are unable to run this program unless we have at least four more volunteers with current police checks. Please talk to Jessi D., Andy V. or Judy V.

The Ministry to Seafarers will hold its 7th annual Seaway Bike Tour Fundraiser on Sat, Sept 12: Join us in-person or virtually! We ride along the Saint-Lawrence seaway to raise awareness about our work serving seafarers 365 days of the year. Our goal is to raise $25,000 so that we can meet the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of seafarers docking in the port of Montreal. A matching grant of $8,000 means your donations can go further. In 2025 we visited 5,100 seafarers on board 1,224 ships. We transported 3,082 seafarers in our two vans. We served 10,139 seafarers from merchant and cruise ships at the Seafarers’ Centre.

July 12 Offering: The Pregnancy and Family Care Centre is a locally funded, Christ-centred, national best practice organization. They are dedicated to affirming the value of every life by equipping those in our local community with resources, education, and support to compassionately serve those facing an unexpected pregnancy. They provide free material supplies, over 200 courses on parenting and relationship building and offer a safe place to make an informed pregnancy decision. www.pfcqw.ca
July 19 Offering: The second offering supports Deacons Causes, and their benevolence, helping those in need within church family, as well as reaching out in love to those in our community where there is great need due to high cost of living, and lack of affordable housing.
