Prof. Dr. A. Ebenezer Jeyakumar, was the SENIOR MOST PRINCIPAL of the Government Engineering Colleges of the Directorate of Technical Education in the state of Tamil Nadu. He is a pioneer and dynamic leader in the field of technical education, has contributed to the technical educational growth of the nation and in particular to the state of Tamil Nadu, in various capacities as an administrator, teacher, researcher, advisor, counselor and special officer for the past 42 years since 1974.

Academically, his expertise has been showcased at International and National meets, conference sessions and discussion forums on technical and non-technical themes as a Chairman, Member of Technical Review Committee, Panelist and also as Key note Speaker. His vision of creating excellence in technical education is translated by his research, knowledge, action and future plans to make technical education in Tamil Nadu to fulfill the thousands of Engineering and Technology aspirants and to bridge knowledge with skills.
