Subdivision Survey

A SUBDIVISION SURVEY splits a large tract of land into smaller, distinct parcels or lots, requiring a licensed geodetic engineer to create a survey plan, place monuments (mohon) on all corners, and obtain approval from authorized agencies like the DENR. This process is used for land development, segregation, or selling smaller portions of a property.
