Original /   Re- Survey

Original surveys define new property boundaries for first-time registration, while resurveys re-establish existing, previously approved survey boundaries (Rs) to check for accuracy, missing markers, or to fix errors in earlier, un-decreed surveys. Both are critical, with original surveys securing first-time titles and resurveys updating or validating boundary lines.
