Consolidation Survey

A CONSOLIDATION SURVEY is the process of combining two or more adjacent, titled land parcels into a single lot, creating a new, unified technical description and title. Conducted by licensed geodetic engineers, this survey defines new boundaries and produces plans for approval by the Land Management Bureau/DENR and the Land Registration Authority (LRA) to simplify ownership and management.
