Relocation Survey

A RELOCATION SURVEY is a type of land survey that accurately identifies a property’s boundaries and corners on the ground based on technical descriptions from a title, usually to prevent boundary disputes. It is conducted by a licensed Geodetic Engineer to re-establish, mark with concrete monuments, and verify that existing fences or structures do not overlap with neighboring lots.
