Segregation Survey

A SEGREGATION SURVEY is a land surveying process that separates a specific portion of land from a larger parcel ("mother title"), creating a new, distinct parcel with its own technical description. It is used for sales, inheritance, or donations and requires a Licensed Geodetic Engineer to define new boundaries.
