This couple lost their home due to the actions behind the leadership of Jarred Kessler and they are not even licensed real estate broker(s) in IL or Texas which is why we are calling on our agencies , and the people within our goverment to 🛑✋these predators NOW and HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE . How many people have to loose their homes and their livelihood before they are HELD Accountable is the question that should be on everyones mind.

Regardless of Jarred Kessler's claims the CFPB , NCLC have repeatedly stated this is a disguised LOAN and so has the Supreme Court “As quoted in the above article, EasyKnock markets itself as a non-lender specifically to bypass consumer lending laws, stating: ‘We are not a lender. That means you won’t face credit score or debt-to-income (DTI) requirements.’ This tactic appears to be a deliberate attempt to avoid legal compliance, while the transaction mimics the structure of a traditional mortgage or equity loan.” Easyknock is not licensed as a real estate broker in Texas or IL .
