OLD DOCUMENTS
2016 DDA - Has the schedule of completion for phase 3 (p15), which says Phase 3 must be completed within 5 years. States that the Park and 20,000sqft of Town Center must be built before the 200th lot sold in Phase 3 (Century stopped at lot # 194). HOWEVER Century got it changed in 2024
