These houses are the same size as Phase 3. The ones along Sherman replace the parking lots there and have 2 garage spaces per house. The ones filling the empty lots by Arts Park will have garages plus 2 parking spaces each on aprons.
The area at the corner of Ord and Sherman will have some houses the same size as Phase 3 (right along Ord) which have 2 garage spaces but no apron parking. The rest are smaller: 30ft wide and 55ft deep with 2 garage spaces. A few have apron parking spaces (the little "bullseye" dot) and some have 1 space between 2 houses, but most only have 2 garage spaces.
The green line is the amount of space an emergency vehicle will need along "35 House Lane" - notice that there's no room to get past the fire engine, and no way for the fire engine to get to your house if the Fedex guy is delivering down the block
17 to 26ft wide condo-type houses in the field between Town Center Park and Reservation Rd, plus near Manzanita apartments, that empty lot at EG and Sherman, and along Ord Ave. The green line is the path a fire truck will take - notice whether there is space for any other vehicle
Town Center is the building with the *
It will have 67 apartments above the stores: 66 affordable units (22 with 1 bedroom, 22 with 2 bedroom, 22 with 3 bedroom) plus manager's unit. The developer thinks it's fine if each unit gets ONE parking sticker for the blue spaces. All customers for the Town Center shops and restaurants will use the yellow spaces with a time limit.
The developer is counting 42 spaces at the chapel, even though it's not part of the development.
This is the only off street parking for the Town Center and Park.
All overflow parking will be on EG streets
This map shows the stages that construction will be completed for Final Phase of EG. We are still working on matching dates with the stages
