Current Concerns

The Concerns for the 2024 - 2025 year include the following items:

• Town Center and final phase housing and the parking plan

• EG HOA financing the Monterey-Salinas Transit (MST) bus service

• Plans for the EG Eleanor Roosevelt Chapel

• Historic Arts District 

Upcoming Concerns

Concerns on a longer scale of time include:

• Zoning of areas between EG and the Monument, and between Intergarrison and CSUMB

• County plan for parking and restrooms at Travel Camp (near Watkins Gate)

• County plan for rifle range (Watkins Gate x Barloy Canyon)

• Coordination with Fort Ord Trail and Greenway (FORTAG) on route through/near EG
