Accomodation 

We have reserved a limited number of single, non-smoking rooms (25 rooms in total) to support students and non-tenured researchers.

• Period: May 29-31, 2026 (2 nights fixed. No changes allowed.)

• Rate: ＄150（23,600 JPY) for 2 nights.

• Payment: Must be paid in advance along with the conference registration fee.

• Note: We cannot accommodate family members. The fee is non-refundable once paid.

Preference will be given to students and early career researchers. Please apply via the Google Form below.
