Visa information

The letters of invitation and guarantee required to obtain a short-term business visa for Japan can be issued by Kyushu University.

Visa application procedures must be completed at the embassy in your country of residence.

For details on the required procedures, please refer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan website below.

Rooms at Toyoko Inn Hakata Ekimae Gion have been reserved for two nights, from May 29 to 31.
Since the number of reserved rooms is limited, please contact the organizing committee as soon as possible if you wish to apply.
Priority will be given to students and non-affiliated presenters. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The total accommodation fee for two nights is 23,600 yen. Please make a payment to the organizing committee.
