For those who require a visa to enter Japan, please be assured that the conference secretariat will be prepared to issue the necessary supporting documents starting in early March. These typically include:
Letter of Invitation
Letter of Guarantee
Schedule of Stay
Documents related to the inviting organization
Once the selection process is complete, we will contact the accepted participants individually to collect the information required for these forms (such as passport details and flight schedules).
Visa application procedures must be completed at the embassy in your country of residence.

Rooms at Toyoko Inn Hakata Ekimae Gion have been reserved for two nights, from May 29 to 31.
Since the number of reserved rooms is limited, please contact the organizing committee as soon as possible if you wish to apply.
Priority will be given to students and non-affiliated presenters. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The total accommodation fee for two nights is 23,600 yen. Please make a payment to the organizing committee.
