Important: Remitter Name

Please ensure that the remitter's name matches the name registered in the application form.

If you are using a bank account under a different name (e.g., an institutional account or a family member's account), please include your registered name in the "Message to Beneficiary" or "Remittance Information" field of your transfer. This will help us identify your payment promptly.

If you have difficulty completing the bank transfer in advance, we accept payment in-person at the conference venue. Please follow the instructions below:

• Payment Method: On-site payment must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by cash.

  • Please note that we may not be able to accept credit cards or other currencies at the registration desk.

  • Please prepare the exact amount, as our ability to provide change will be limited. 

• Pre-registration: Even if you plan to pay on-site, you are required to register your information in advance via the form. This is important so we can prepare your name tag and include you on the official participants' list.
