Program Preparation Underway
A huge thank you to everyone who submitted their proposals—we are thrilled by the high volume of interest! We are now busy putting together an exciting program.
We will contact you regarding formal acceptance by the end of February.
Regarding visas and accommodation, we will share full guidance and booking instructions once the review process is complete and results have been announced. Thank you for your patience!
For Panel Applicants:
Panel organizers are required to submit a single 300-word abstract for the overall session by February 10. Individual presentation abstracts are not required at this stage. Following acceptance, an online platform will be provided for contributors to upload their specific materials (individual abstracts, papers, etc.).
Panel submissions must comprise a minimum of three presenters, a moderator, and a designated discussant; nevertheless, proposals will be accepted even if the moderator and discussant have not yet been finalized. Each panel is allocated 100 minutes, with the distribution of time entrusted to the discretion of the panel organizer. Accordingly, formats such as roundtable discussions or scholarly book review sessions are also permissible.
The allotted time for individual presentations is 20 minutes. The organizing committee will arrange individual proposals into panels, taking into consideration disciplinary and thematic affinities. However, there are limitations to organizing individually submitted proposals into ideal panels. Please submit your proposal with this point in mind.
The application deadline is February 10.
The official languages of the conference are English and Russian.
