Week 5

So this week is an ADM (Alternative Distance Modality) So my cooperating teacher instructed me to make a lesson and quiz and i send it thru our Group Chat. I tried to take my class in google meet but some of them are unable to connect.

I sent the learning modules to my Grade 10 and 11. These modules covered the key topics for the week, including packaging in food processing and an introduction to wine and the process. To assess students' understanding, I prepared and administered quizzes for each grade level. The quizzes included multiple-choice questions, short answers, and practical application questions related to the topics. Thus, their output were sent thru the group chat and we've check it when we have a face to face.

Balancing the preparation of WHLPs, administering quizzes, and addressing student queries within a week was demanding. Effective time management was crucial. Considering the positive feedback from students, I plan to incorporate more interactive elements and practical activities in the upcoming modules to enhance engagement and understanding.

Thursday and Friday was a face to face, on the grade 11, they had a performance task in wine making.
