E+M Services will not perform any services until our Service Terms and Liability Agreement is signed. If you'd like to preview our contract before booking you can view it here!
Full payment must be received 5 days before arrival. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking to reserve your spot. Rates are for one pet only, each additional pet will constitute a $5/day (or $5/hr for All Day Sittings) upcharge. In the case of a cancellation after the full balance has been paid, a credit equal to the house sitting service's price (not including the deposit) will be added to your account. Services booked during our holiday dates are required to be paid in full at booking, and are non-refundable.
House Sitting
Are you heading out of town? Let us keep your pet company in the comfort of their own home! It's our priority to keep pets on their usual routine. This keeps pets feeling secure and less anxious about their Pet Parent being gone! We are capable of providing any sort of enrichment that pets are used to.

This rate includes two guaranteed daytime check-ins for mealtimes and potty breaks. Walks and playtime (and/or Dog Park if requested) will be provided in the mornings and evenings. If walks/dog park services are requested the pet owner agrees to all terms in the corresponding contracts. Additional charges may be applicable.
Daytime Only:
$65/day
Holiday Rate:
$130/day
This rate is for check-ins, walks, and playtime periodically while you're away. If walks/dog park services are requested the pet owner agrees to all terms in the corresponding contracts. Additional charges may be applicable. When booking, you can let us know the amount of time your pup can be alone. This service does not include overnight stays. There is a 2-day minimum when booking Daytime Only House Sitting.
Live In:
$15/hr
Holiday Rates:
$30/hr
This rate is for live-in care for your pet(s). They will not be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time. We will stay in your home with your pet(s) for up to 20 hours a day.
We offer one free 20-minute Meet n' Greet for House Sitting clients at their residences. Our availability varies on a weekly basis, feel free to email us for scheduling!
