E+M Services will not perform any services until our Service Terms and Liability Agreement is signed. If you'd like to preview our contract before booking, don't hesitate to reach out!
Full payment must be received 24 hours before the service. A $5 non-refundable deposit is required when booking to reserve your spot. In the case of a cancellation, a credit equal to the walk/drop-in's price will be added to your account. Rates are for one pet only, each additional pet will constitute a $5 upcharge. Payment is accepted through Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Services booked during our holiday dates are required to be paid in full at booking, and are non-refundable.
Pet Taxi
Need a pet chauffeur? Let us handle it! We'll pick your pet up and take them wherever you desire. For safety purposes, pets will wear seatbelts attached to their collar or harness.
Drop off: $10 + $1 per mile driven
This rate is for picking your pet up (from you, your home, etc.) and dropping them off at a specific location (groomer, daycare, wedding venue, etc). This rate is for a one-way service.
Vet or Other Appointment: $10 + $1 per mile driven + $15 per hour
This rate is for picking your pet up (from you, your home, etc.) and taking them to a specific location (vet's office, wedding venue, etc). We will stay with them for the duration of the event and bring them back home or to another specified location afterward.
