E+M Services will not perform any services until our Service Terms and Liability Agreement is signed. If you'd like to preview our contract before booking, don't hesitate to reach out!
Full payment must be received 24 hours before the service. A $10 non-refundable deposit is required when booking to reserve your spot. In the case of a cancellation after the full balance has been paid, a credit equal to the service's price (not including the deposit) will be added to your account. Payment is accepted through Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Services booked during our holiday dates are required to be paid in full at booking, and are non-refundable.
Don't have time to run to the store? No worries, we can do it for you! Simply provide us with a shopping list, a credit/debit card, and what time you'd like the order delivered.
