Household Cleaning

E+M Services will not perform any services until our Service Terms and Liability Agreement is signed. If you'd like to preview our contract before booking, don't hesitate to reach out!

Full payment must be received  5 days before the service. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking to reserve your spot. In the case of cancellation after the full balance has been paid, a credit equal to the cleaning service's price (not including the deposit) will be added to your account. Payment is accepted in cash or through Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.  Services booked during our holiday dates are required to be paid in full at booking, and are non-refundable.
