Communication Capstone
After taking the short quiz and reading the lesson about communication, I learned that I am not a bad communicator, but I definitely need some improvement. The biggest takeaway for me is that I need to use the KISS method ("Keep it Simple & Straightforward). This way I will send the message I need directly and quickly, providing clarity, and avoiding confusion.
