We provide nutritious whole grains meals and snacks freshly made at home, including two meals (Breakfast and lunch) and wholesome snacks as needed each day. Fresh fruit and / or veggies are provided with each meal / snack.
Milk is offered to kids as needed along with snacks and / or meals. (For children who are 1 year and younger, Families bring breast milk and/or formula that is prefilled for each feeding.)
We encourage children to eat and try new food, but do NOT force nor bride children to eat. Food is NOT used as rewards or punishment.
Should you choose to bring your own meal, we encourage families to provide healthy food, including fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in meals and snacks brought from home.
Teachers eat with children to provide an opportunity to role model and promote healthy eating and how to have a pleasant conversation at mealtime.
