Schedule an orientation once you are informed there is an upcoming open spot. Orientation is at DuoDuo Academy (child is welcome to come with you on the tour). Please ensure “Family Questionnaire” section on the scheduling form is properly filled out.
Enrollment

Sign Parent Handbook (including Health Policy and Positive Discipline Agreement), decide your contract hours, and complete Enrollment Contract. A deposit of one month’s tuition is due on the 2nd business day post contract signature date to hold the child’s spot (the one month of tuition will be credited to your last month with us).
Family has until the day before the first school day to submit all other state required enrollment forms.

Home Visit
Home visit: I come to your home for a visit usually 1 week before the planned 1st day of school. This is to help the family to get more familiar with me and for me to better understand the needs of the family and the child.
