Rookie RA of the Year

For Resident Assistants who started in Fall 2019, this award acknowledges an individual who has exceptionally contributed to and lead their community’s development through individual and group interactions, as a first year RA. This RA has gone over and above the RA expectations. They have worked to meet student needs, supported them through challenges, facilitated learning and growth, been a role model, and have strong participation in their team.
