Morghan Cyr (N5)

Eyram Klu (Craven)

Winner:

Michael Wen!

"Michael has an eye fixed solely on the creation of community and hospitable environments for students in his house...Regardless of who you ask in the RA’s area, everyone loves this RA. They just have a way of making people feel comfortable, worthwhile, and heard all while not budging in their own principles, but using them to sharpen and encourage others. Succinctly, this RA is the kind of role model HRL often asks RAs to be: they show confidence in self and opinion, graciousness in dealings with others, and the ability to address and resolve tension in community." -nominator
