What is Dugnadsånd?

We are a collaboration of students who, like you, are looking to expand on our knowledge of the Norwegian language. Our mission for this website is to provide you with an array of useful resources which will aid you in your language learning journey.

We are a small network of students from across the world, with members from Norway, South Africa, Brazil, Russia and Austria.

We strive to ensure that as many people as possible have free access to these resources, and to provide a stepping stone on your journey to success. This website is free to use : no trials, no subscriptions, no costs whatsoever.

What do we have to offer?

On this site you will find many useful tools such as:

A comprehensive list of free resources including books, exercises, language apps, a dictionary, links and other study material.
A means of grouping up with people who have similar aspirations to you, and forming study groups with them.
A "Questions and Answers" page to ensure that your important language-related questions don't go unanswered.
Monthly homework updates.
A Words of The Week feature, so you can get a set of Norwegian words to practice every Monday.
A Starting Up page to help you get a really good grasp on the Norwegian language as a beginner.
