Poster
The Poster (P) Session is scheduled for a period of 1 hour and 30 minutes, taking place during the "Welcome Cocktail" on Feb. 7, 2024.
Abstract preparation:
Please use the following template to prepare your abstract. Detailed instructions on the formatting style can be found in the template.
For your reference, the PDF of the abstract template is also provided. Please DO NOT modify the template.
Abstract submission:

STEP 2: Please use the SUBMISSION FORM for abstract submission.
To complete the submission process, please make sure to upload both the PDF and TEX files in the submission form. Kindly name both of your files as "P_dsabns2024." This naming convention will help us efficiently process your submission.

Poster Preparation Guidelines
On February 7, the DSABNS 2024 will host a Poster Session.
Poster boards will accommodate A0 size portrait posters.
When preparing your poster, please consider the following guidelines:
- The top of the poster should display the title of your poster, author and co-author names, and their institution(s). Please keep the same title of the poster as in the submitted abstract.
- Make sure that the specific sections of the poster (e.g., introduction, methods, results, conclusions) are easy to locate and follow a logical layout.
- Please avoid using small font sizes.
- Be clear and concise. Please use short sentences, simple words and bullet points to convey your message. Avoid using jargon, or unusual acronyms and abbreviations without explanation.
- Explanatory illustrations should play a central role in your poster and should be used instead of text whenever possible. The use of high definition images is highly recommended.
