World Geography
Below you will find a framework for a digital passport that will take students around the world in a year collecting information using the Five Themes of Geography.
Simply go to File > Make a copy to tweak the lessons and make them your own. Remember to relink any material.
This way of teaching allows students to have 'choice' of what they investigate, collect, and present and therefore deploys 21st Century teaching strategies.
Click here to go to the Example Student Passport.
It shows students HOW their final project should look, not an exact duplicate, but one that has similar elements.
Students will have to build their own sites as Google does not have the capability at this time to 'force a copy' of a site.
If you would like to duplicate this site, just create one of your own and copy paste my material into it.
This lesson can be duplicated for each of the regions and is taught through the five themes of Geography.
This Example Passport website has been set up as a guide for students and a teaching tool. Please note that under United States and Canada there is a sub-page for students to use as a model for their first post.
