1.International Yoga Day 21-06-2022

International Yoga day was organized in association with Brahma Kumari's Yoga Center. Speakers made awareness about Meditations & Yoga. demonstration about Pranayama was done with Students. 

2.International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking's: 26-06-2022

International Day Against Drug Abuse was organized in association with Special Enforcement Bureau. Special Enforcement Bureau Assistant Commissioner Madhusudhana Rao, CI Nagaraju, ASI Munikrishna,SI K Bhaskar , Principal Dr.S.Vijayulu Reddy made awareness about Laws & Rules, Punishments, Health Issues etc .NSS PO Dr.Dhananjaya Reddy took  Pledge with Students & Slogans 

5.Campus Cleaning : 28-07-2022

Campus Cleaning was done on 28th July 2022 .42 Students were participated.

4.World Population Day: 11-07-2022

World Population day was organized by NSS Unit association Political Science, History, Economics departments with  World population day 2022 theme "A world of 8 billion: Towards a resilient future for all - harnessing opportunities and ensuring rights and choices for all". NSS PO took pleage with Studegts about their role in reducing Population Growth.

6.Degital Awareness,Rally & QuiZ on Hargahar Tiranga  04-08-2022

As a part of Azadi ka Amruth Mahostav , NSS Unit was organized three programs  1.Quiz on Har Ghar Tiranga Digital 2. Awareness (Har Ghar Tiranga) .3. Rally on Harghar Tiranga. Nearly 48 students participated.

11.Rangoli : 14-08-2022

As a part of Azadi ka Amruth Mahostav, NSS Unit was organized Rangoli Competitions on Har Ghar Tiranga in association with Cultural Club. 16 students were participated.

12.Independance Day : 15-08-2022

As a part of Azadi ka Amruth Mahostav, NSS Unit was participated Independence Day celebrations on Har Ghar Tiranga. 38 students were participated.

13. Teachers Day- 2022 celebrations on 05-09-2022

NSS Unit was organized Teachers Day-2022 celebrations on 05th September 2022. All Teaching and Non-teaching Staff and 48 students were participated.

14. Awareness of students about anaemia & Distribution of Iron tablets on 15-09-2022.

Dr. Vijayulu Reddy, Principal, Government Degree College, said that the problem of poverty can be overcome if good nutrition is taken. On Thursday, NSS unit distributed anaemia prevention tablets to the students in collaboration with primary health centre. The principal spoke and made aware that if vegetables, milk, eggs and fish are consumed frequently in the diet, the problem of anaemia does not arise. Also, health principles are well known by the faculty. MPDO Mohana Murali, EO A. Lakshmipathy, Panchayat Secretary, NSS Unit Program officer Dr. Dhananjaya Reddy, ANM Sirisha, The teachers are Dr. Balasubramaniam Achari, Rajasekhar, Karthik, Sivaramakrishna, Swamisivaiah. 15. NSS Unit Orientation Program about service on 15-09-2022

Panchayat raj EO & RD Lakshmipathy said that students should inculcate a sense of service from childhood for the people of Karvetinagaram. An awareness program on NSS service programs was organized for the students at Degree College in Karvetinagaram on Thursday. On this occasion Panchayat EO & RD lakshmipathi & College Principal Dr. S. Vijayulu Reddy said that Manava seve Madhava Seva is self-satisfaction in serving others. Students coming from villages are advised to focus on the cleanliness of their native village and educate the people there about cleanliness. Also, every student was asked to participate in the Swacha Bharat program organized in the villages. He reminded that NSS unit is a good achievement to serve others. 17. National Deworming Day on 21-09-2022

 National Deworming Day was organized by NSS Unit in association with Primary Health center , Karvetinagaram. On this Occasion, Dr. S.Vijayulu Reddy, Principal of Government Degree College said that  should not eat items sold on the roadside .Deworming tablets were given to the students at the college on Wednesday. Speaking on this occasion, the principal reminded that many students get worms in their stomachs and suffer from diseases due to eating food sold on the road. Remember to keep your hands clean while eating food. NSS Programming Officer Dr. Dhananjaya Reddy; PHC Staff and faculty; 52 Students were v participated in this program.

18. Blood Donation Camp on 22-09-2022

Blood Donation Camp was organized by NSS Unit in association with SVIMS Blood Bank, Tirupati on 22nd September ,2022. Dr. Dhananjaya Reddy, NSS Program Officer motivated more donors to participate in camp. 58 Donors were participated in this Camp. On this MPP Latha Balaji, Sarpanch Dhananjayavarma , Principal Dr S. Vijayulu Reddy , SVIMS Blood Bank in charge Doctor Suresh said that there is no harm in donating blood and reminded that many people die due to lack of blood when they are burdened by unexpected accidents and such people need blood very much. In this Camp, NGO Doraswami Reddy, faculty members Dr. Subramaniam Achari, Dr. CN Latha, Dr. Venkatesan, Dr. Babu, Karthik, Rajasekhar, Swami Sivaiah, Vishnupriya, Maniganda, Lavanya, Bhargavi, JKC Lokesh, 58 students were supported and participated.

19. NSS Day Celebrations on 24-09-2022

Students should inculcate service nature from childhood, said Dr. Ravi Raju, District Immunization Officer. On Saturday, an awareness program was organized for the students about the sense of service on NSS Day celebrations under the guidance of Programming Officer Dr. Dhananjaya Reddy at the Degree College in Karvetinagaram. District Immunization Officer Dr. Ravi Raju was attended as the Chief Guest of the program and reminded that there is self-satisfaction in selfless service. He said that age has nothing to do with serving and every student should get used to serving through NSS. Later, he mentioned about various health problems and informed about the precautions to be taken for perfect health. Afterwards Dr. Ravi Raju handed over prizes and certificates of appreciation to the NSS volunteers who participated in various service activities. The teachers are Dr. Venkatesan, C.N. Lata, Babu, Karthik, Swami Sivaiah, Manikandan, Senior Assistant Ravi, Ashwini, JKC Lokesh and 98 students were participated.

20. Mass Plantation Program on 30-09-2022

Mass plantation program was taken up by NSS Unit in the Campus. 150 sampling were planted. In this Program Dr.S. Vijayulu Reddy, Principal; Dr. Dhananjaya Reddy, NSS PO; Vice Principal, Dr. VBS Achari and other teaching, non-teaching staff 48 Students were participated.
