Vulcan and the processes of time

"Vulcan controls the anvil-like processes of time and strikes the blow which shapes the metal into that which is desired, and this is true today as never before". EA 375. Alice Bailey.

JC: Vulcan determines all 1st ray cycles that set the key evolutionary and systemic processes required of the logos in motion. Such first ray cycles operate according to the law of cycles, enforcing the beginning and ending of all strictly unalterable periodic stages. The Initiation or periodic beginning of a scheme, new chain, globe, world period or race etc, is governed by the first ray.

1st ray: 10 x 1 = 10 x 10 = 100 x 10 = 1000

"The first ray, for instance, governs all cycles such as those of one million years, one hundred thousand years, one thousand years, one hundred years and one year". EPI 265. AAB.

First ray period: 1,10,100,1000, 10,000, 100,000, 1,000,000, etc.

"All that originates on that Ray is controlled by spiral-cyclic efforts based upon the number 10 and its multiples, and finding its highest cyclic

vibration, as it happens, during the last quarter of each century". TCF 1037. AAB. 

The cycle of the first ray Lord is always set with the numerical value of the decad, the perfect 1 and 0 of which the hammer's striking is ever symbolic of "I will persist". Picture the striking of the blacksmith's hammer at the forge or the judge's gavel instigating proceedings or passing sentence, and an eternal picture of the die being cast is indicated. 

"1" is the symbol of the Universal Unit. It symbolises the will of the monad, the governing principle, strength, justice, truth and divine comprehension of the Plan. The advanced initiate of the 1st ray creates light and employs light he has discovered the greater lights which serve to reveal the Purpose of Sanat Kumara. He has found the guiding light of the universal mind, which ushers in the process of 1st ray revelation.

Vulcan - 3rd Chain - 4th Globe. Vulcan's first scheme for the 1st ray advent of the Egos "in the third round, in the third root race and in the third chain", Individualisation was not possible until the "third state of pleroma" was reached. The first ray Vulcan scheme has very nearly two-fifths transmuted manasic human units on varied globes, having nearly completed their work.

Vulcan advances refinement of matter, forging spirit in the fires of will. Initiates on this line whose frequency, vibrational structure are so far beyond Earth’s current matter that no physical body here could withstand their entry until the midway point of the fifth round. They are temporarily out of phase with Earth's evolution. These initiates are builders of fire and wielders of divine will.

We may hypothesise that they are Initiates on the ashramic first ray line of Will and Power, and their special work undertaken on Vulcan was one of their handling, intensification of and wielding of first ray energy that will in some way further the uplift in power of their group and of their ability to carry forward within the realm of scientific direction and control of fifth ray energy, power and force the work specifically handled by a group in cooperation with the planetary governmental department of Sanat Kumara.

Their return is conditioned on the readiness of humanity, particularly the etheric body of the planet, to receive and embody Vulcanic force. Their existence affirms that not all planetary work is linear or local, as some is staged, suspended, and resumed according to deeper planetary cycles and cosmic law.

This first line is especially the line of government, of racial development, of working in and with the matter of all forms on all the planes of human evolution. It is the line of occultism and emphasises the hierarchical method as it embodies the divine autocracy, and it is the line whereby the Lord of the World imposes His Will on men. It is closely linked to the Lords of Karma, and it is through the Manu's department that the Law of Cause and Effect is wielded.

771,428,570 or 385,714,285 yrs, therefore mid-way through the fifth round and coming in/return of special group of initiates from Vulcan is 192,857,142.5 yrs into the fifth round. We are now mid-way through "the middle of the fourth round, after which a re-etherealizing of the globe takes place". Therefore, the 617,142,856 year period of activity in this 4th Round equals—308,571,428 years of which we are 154,285,714 around the midpoint, meaning hypothetically that there is a period of 347,142,856.5 years until the safe incarnation of Vulcanised and highly radioactive Initiates.

as the “Night of Brahma” or period of Rest, is always equal to the “Day of Brahma” or the period of

activity on each planet,—the period of activity in this 5th Round equals—385,714,285
