A Collection of Letters on Cycles and World Tensions. 

The Great Council. Centennial Conclave 2025.

I cannot help but recall the Tibetan DK 2117 letter and the eventual entering into the first/last decan of Aquarius, thus we approach "with great rapidity" and in all with the planetary adjustment [cosmic Initiation also] and "interlude of reversal" at this time, we are indeed undergoing new cycles as the Tibetan explains. Current earthquake activity at the foothills of the Himalayas rattles even Everest with the epicentre around 110 miles southwest of Shigatze and extending to the border of Nepal and northern India. The 7.1-magnitude quake struck at 9:05 a.m. local time at a depth of 10 kilometres, a first ray numerical, and indicates the preliminary sacred gathering and activity of the hierarchical conclave 2025. 

The two occurrences cannot be seen as coincidental but as signpost activity and movement of tremendous force due to the inflow of will or power from the centre within Shambhalla affecting both hierarchy and humanity. The numerical formula is of interest, with its value of seven being the seventh day of the first month of 2025. The first quarter of the century also equates to seven 2+5 = 7.  The magnitude of 7.1 being struck is also of note.  JPC.   7/01/2025.  

We might consider some interesting cycles or the passing of time.

1944 - 2024 = 8o - 8x10 or a Christ cycle. Each ten-year period marks a sub ray cycle, and 70 years a passing of all seven rays, with 2024 concluding again the first ray sub cycle. This cyclic period embarks once again on a second ray sub cycle, 2024-2034, for instance, in this hypothetical example. In a ten-year period, the first five years are the destructive period before the building aspect or period of construction viewed occultly and in line with the Tibetan instruction as provided by AAB. For instance, there would be a mid-cycle period or interval of assimilation or transition from destruction to construction. JPC.  18/11/2025.

In considering the ray dynamics involved regarding large, small and partial extinction of species and biodiversity, including flora and fauna, as discussed by the Tibetan DK and HPB. We know that the conclusion of a racial or monadic ray involves extinction and climatic disruptions, and change. Similarly, the coming in of a new ray, racial/soul or monadic, brings in the new era of that ray and its biodiversity that clothes a new race and age. New climatic and biodiverse conditions are supervened and are eventually balanced by the governing ray lord. Climate change and species diversity are a part of ray dynamics and cyclic activity and have been over millennia.

Human activity and emotion, as the Tibetan tells us, also have a role in the heat or cold of the climate, usually resulting in drastic weather events and the rapid oscillations between two extremes. Since the coming of the Industrial Revolution as a direct result of the impulse from the Hierarchical conclave 1725 and 1825, in order to arouse humanity from its dormancy, the industrial age has largely been deleterious and a failure to free humanity from serfdom, which was its goal. The planetary population has quadrupled since pre-war, and financial greed and activity are at a high. The industrial complex and world war machine are highly active, and subsequent chaos is the result of the failure to close the door to cosmic evil.

Paralleling this for the good, the spread of a fairer and purer education of the masses has taken place, and much of humanity is far better informed as to right and wrong motives and of the lot of humanity. Goodwill is spread wide and far, and the struggle for better conditions is being fought out. The fact of initiation and of the hierarchy is known and hopefully remains in the light of day and of accessibility.  Such is the state of the world and conditions now being addressed in the forthcoming hierarchical conclave of 2025.   JPC.  30/05/2023. 

Humanitarian relief and true security as the requirements of medicine, health care, energy and education can only be supplemented via the general assembly of nations, and then only truly successfully when the veto of totalitarian and militarily and territorially aggressive members are expelled. Until then, the Christ cannot operate via that group of assembled nations in any meaningful or lasting way. The industrial complex and world war machine are highly active, and subsequent chaos is the result of the failure to close the door to cosmic evil. Such is the state of the world and conditions now being addressed in the forthcoming hierarchical conclave of 2025. Students of the Ageless Wisdom, let us take stock of the world situation and, for a moment, confront realities with realities. Humanity is under fire and there are heavy casualties, are there not? The task before the new group of world servers has been immense, and at no time has there been any sure indication of victory. For many, the conclusion of WW2 was the victory. Yet, as repeatedly told, any hard-fought victory must be sealed with a profound and meaningful psychological reorientation if the physical plane struggle is to be sealed and held. It is for all servers to assess whether psychological victory has been accomplished in favour of the white lodge or if there is still work to be done. Let us strike the clarion call on behalf of humanity and fight by all means at our disposal.

It will be of great interest to readers that some of the original 1947 text in the book The Problems of Humanity was deleted and reworked, as will be seen below. Think for a minute what may have been the implications had the public and esotericists been made aware of the mere fifty-year period in which humanity had to make such readjustments in psychological understanding as would be required to seal the door completely and for humanity to take the required steps to ensure lasting peace and truly learn the lessons of war. We must ask in all honesty, has this been the case and did this happen by the year 2000? We must inevitably ask further, is it likely that it will happen by 2025, some twenty-five years after the first deadline was passed?

The Tibetan states by way of example "to do your part in developing those human attitudes which are needed if true peace is to be found in the world by 1975," indicating that a crucial short period of adjustment and psychological balance is needed. In another excerpt, the Tibetan originally used a fifty-year period in determining man's spiritual destiny into the new age, for good or for bad. This fifty-year cycle was replaced by "in the immediate future" in a later edition of the book, perhaps to make some allowance for reasons determined by the publisher. A brief appraisal of the Tibetans' use of "in the immediate future" will reveal that he meant between the next twenty-five to fifty years. This brings a question as to why the deletion was made in 1964 other than to lighten a cycle with good intentions though of apparent slow accomplishment and post-war years of war activity around the world and to aid reading after the 1964 edition as the immediate future would well have been in the coming thirty years and is still used today.

This is an opportunity for hope and not one of negativity or despair, for only when we can compare true realities are we able to gain a wise evaluation of our current individual, national and world situation and only then do we gain a sound appreciation of what is to be done. Not making a deadline or fulfilling our obligations only leaves us with inevitable work still to be done, even if the urgency of matters is all the more pressing. Humanity is up to the task even when so clouded with bewilderment and with a sense of failure, especially when its innate goodness and sense of justice fit it well to the battle. As nationalistic tendencies continue to emerge, it is the part of duty and wisdom of every disciple to broach such barriers as confront them and confront humanity also, countering division and partisanship wherever possible and using the gift of loving speech to heal areas of separation thus consolidating brotherhood and right human relations in the new age.  JPC.  27/12/23.

We have to realistically consider that the Tibetan wrote that over June 1948, as dated by him and AAB in EXH. In 1949, in RI, he wrote the unfortunate account of the results of the 1948 Zionist reopening of the door to cosmic evil through terrorist activities, post-World War, the almost closed door to CE and post the 'point of balance' written consideration. This was the reason for my paper. Since the time of reopening, Nuclear testing and armament worldwide have run apace, and subsequent wars have been ongoing.

If, in 1948, "a point of balance is very close today", what would be the degree by which that point of equilibrium could have inevitably scaled back in 1949 due to the Zionist terrorist activities and ongoing nuclear proliferation? Why do we have to consider this at all? Because the Tibetan informed us that due to subsequent terrorist activities, a number of events happened, as can easily be researched in the books. The result of this procured a pending question of hierarchical importance through territorial acquisition post ww2 through the partition of Palestine after the admittance of Russia to UN. "through the endorsement of partition, they perpetuate the ancient technique of taking what is wanted (with force of arms, if necessary) from the rightful owners".

Thus, the assimilation on a world scale back into humanity was thwarted by the decision of "the partitioning of Palestine" and by the failure of the UN. The repudiation of the Christ by the Jews two thousand years ago, AD 33, and still today, 2023, is meaningful and continues to be of hierarchical importance.   April 10, 2023.  JPC.

Point of balance and equilibrium:

"It is supremely strange that both the Lamas and Druses should have the same mystical statistics. They reckon the bulk of the human race at 1,332 millions. When good and evil, they say, shall come to an equilibrium in the scales of human actions (now evil is far the heavier), then the breath of “Wisdom,” will annihilate in a wink of the eye just 666 millions of men. The surviving 666 millions will have “Supreme Wisdom” incarnated in them. 10 This may have, and probably has, an allegorical meaning. But what relation might it possibly bear to the number of the “grand Beast” of John’s Revelation"?  Lamas And Druses.

Dear brothers, I am contemplating the requirements of the hierarchy needed for the reappearance of the Christ. We are told that a "point of balance" between the forces of light and the forces of material obstruction needs to be achieved in order for this to be possible. Let us ponder on the present state of balance between these opposing forces and what humanity needs to achieve in order for the balance to swing more decisively in their spiritual favour... Only when the balance between these opposing forces is met can the Christ reappear. This is quoted by DK, though I do not have the means to send it until tomorrow. It is a profound thought with many implications. God bless.  JPC.

Quite possibly, Christ may not be coming as yet due to corruption and extreme materialism, as the balance of power is too far in the hands of the brothers of materialism. DK states that the Christ will only come when the balance reaches midway. Until that time, it is too weighted towards the monied interests and forces of obstruction, in my view.

We may take it that we are not at that midway, 50/50, or 50% point of balance as yet. This is an interesting point because the teaching on the "point of balance" definitely indicates that the Christ would not consider reappearing prior to this percentage or balance point is reached.

Hierarchy will fight again when humanity has struggled to that halfway barrier/divider and not before this balance is reached, according to our teachings. I am certainly watching European events closely in a focused way. May the festival of the Christ cast light and guidance upon humanity. JPC. 17/5/2012.

When I say the Christ will not be coming, I do not mean to say he will not come ever. I merely wish to examine the teachings and gauge what has to be achieved for us to have a realistic understanding of this. Therefore, we assess just what "equal in force, in position and in influence" means. This is why I talk of the extremity of the Nuclear arsenals, the reason hierarchy had packed its bags and made all possible arrangements to leave Earth, back in 1948/9.

That is just one reason alone that hierarchy had partially withdrawn from human contact. I think we are still in that state of emergency as I have previously said. This does not include the inequalities and lack of food distribution, etc. I ever urge these corrections to make possible the reappearance of the Christ.  JPC.  26/5/2012.

The Phenomena of Ray Cycle 3

The 3rd sub-ray period of the lesser cycle of the third racial, soul or ashramic ray, not the monadic, has a period of sixty-five years. This 3rd sub-cycle or period commenced in 2005 and will necessarily run until 2070. The 3rd green sub-ray of the third racial ray emergent from 1425 AD will be green on green and therefore most dominant in its destructive cyclic influence.

Our modern materialistic civilisation will indeed be according to DK under direct ashramic attack headed by the Master R, and most effective during this cycle of ingoing or a 900-year period of withdrawal from 1875. 2005 - 2023 = 18-year sub-cycle activity of its 65-year tenure to 2070. 1+8=9 and 2023 are therefore also significant as the beginning of a new nine-year cyclic and silent year of hierarchical meditation for the new plan and nine-year period.

Spiral-cyclic efforts are based upon the number 9 and its multiples of 9, 90, 900, 9,000, 90,000, and 900,000, etc. We are certainly forewarned and armed with a timepiece of chronological accuracy and great beauty, and are perfectly equipped with the knowledge of knowing what time it is!  Tempus Fugit.  JPC. 07/02/2023.

The Nine-year cycle:

The phenomenon of the ray cycles.

2023 marks the beginning of a new nine-year cyclic and silent year of hierarchical meditation for the new plan and nine-year period. Let us consider this, especially in these times of strife and world tension.

The 3rd Ray is the personality ray of the Earth, the ray of the Mahachohan, and the ray of the third planetary centre of humanity, the Throat centre. The impulses of the third ray pulsate in a cyclic peak every nine years according to DK under the inspiration of the third personality ray of the planetary Logos Sanat Kumara and the direction of the Mahachohan R. The third ray is controlled by spiral-cyclic efforts based upon the number 9 and its multiples of 9, 90, 900, 9,000, 90,000, and 900,000 etc. 

This is the reason that Hierarchy meets in silent conclave every nine years and is here considered for our purposes... The Law of cycles indicates a specific working frame, length or periodic cycle of a particular ray activity working around a defined interlude of manifestation and a defined period of outward going and inward going, to bring about certain objectives and influence in order to achieve a certain end result.

Each ray, therefore, has its unique pulsation or vibrational frequency and amplitude or periodic wave variable. Thus, a ray cycle is determined by its numerical value or figure, which is set by its colour. Hierarchy works within many set cycles of ray activity to achieve certain objectives that are conditioned by the colour, quality and numerical value of a given ray life. Thus, the nature of a cycle is set and determined and is the method of control of time and space consciousness, transmuting cyclic living into life itself, as the Tibetan informs us.  JPC.  05/02/2023.

World military objectives must inevitably be considered by hierarchy and all meditative efforts directed towards the lightning, alleviation and dissipation of the heavy dark cloud of world tension in order that the divine plan of SK be cyclically implemented. Climatic Changes pt6

There are corresponding causes linking the "astral atmosphere" to the "entire modern economic situation" and indeed the higher ozone and oxygen disturbances, thus sweeping into nations bringing the astral disease of influenza. Earthly climatic conditions, that have brought about "abnormal changes in our atmosphere that have well-nigh thrown into confusion and shuffled seasons all over the globe for the last few years" of progressive climate change, written prior to1890, are a direct result of and have correspondence to the highly infectious and "fearful conditions" spoken of by Master DK and HPB and of the swings between the opposites so clearly described by them.  JPC. 31 March 2020.

This is reflected over the past one hundred and fifty years, at the time of DK writing c. 1940, beginning then around c. 1790. Lowered morale and Energy:

Iranian drones being used in Ukraine by the Russians bring into stark contrast a WWII  component military weapon called the flying bomb or Vengeance VI rocket, which was an early cruise missile. Ukrainian power stations are under attack, and 30% of their energy generation is said to be destroyed or damaged. Hit the energy generation and you send the area into the iron age, whilst still, there is no fear of reprisal into the heart of the Russian motherland. Threats of massive dams being blown abound with correlations to UK dam-buster missions.

The Russian forces copy WWII rocket drone strikes with nazi sympathisers Iran a close ally of theirs and necessary white lodge military operations are mimicked by the dark lodge. All is fair in love and war is the human saying, and no one is saying it like Russia. Meanwhile, China brings forward its schedule to take Taiwan into its loving folds while it, the factory of the world, fills its coffers and fills the atmosphere with its stench.

In the UK or England, protesters insist on just stopping oil now, which would certainly plunge the West into a certain world war, according to the Tibetan DK or any sane analyst. Currently, oil generation is being curtailed in the west or shut down, rendering it vulnerable to outages and inferiority power struggles as the east rises, as DK feared it might, copying the west's greed and expanding exponentially in terms of economic and energy superiority.

The Dark Lodge we are told has guided in great detail the culmination of strategic energy wars and invasion, special military operations, green protest anti-atomic new age all perfectly timed and coordinated to undermine, detract and distract and timed today to throw the world civilisation into a state of confusion and blind acceptance of the now lowered morality and common sense.
