Kimetta is the fusion of Kimwaskiteawastery and Bretta; Kimetta's most prominent fusion was when it was performed to take down Psycho Luminiant.

Black Voids was the final transformation used by Dark Error to fight against Timmy, The Co-Owner, and The Error (Kevin Bond). This form is achieved by becoming a pure Error, a fully corrupted powerful being, and this form is the giant monstrous representation of the concept an Error. However, in order to obtain this form, the user of the Black Voids form must give up a significant part of their conscience and being, basically allowing their body to be fully possessed by the corruption. Black Voids was defeated by Timmy and Dawn was later killed by both Timmy and The Co-Owner.

Psycho Luminant is Dark Luminant's most powerful form. He transformed into Psycho Luminant twice so far. Both times were during the Grand Era. The first battle was Psycho Luminant vs the Peacekeepers and Swiftmen, including Bonico and Maxora. It was a very intense battle but they managed to seal Psycho Luminant away back into his corrupted dimension. The second time was a battle with Kimetta in Quiet Space. Psycho Luminant was killed for good during this battle.

Spank Monster appears whenever Spank is tired of losing or is really really mad. Spank Monster has a wide variety of attacks such as throwing death spears, smashing buildings, etc.

When Dabb Lance dies, he can summon ghosts (Dabb Ghosts) and surround the person who killed him. That person they surround usually dies.

Psuedo Error is a form used by many Errors. These errors are not fully breaking reality or corrupted, but their stats are corrupted and they still not recognized by the server. They have limited "reality-bending" powers. In order to obtain this form, a player has to manipulate time while using special chemicals. This form is inherently neutral as it can be used for good or evil, but it is usually used for malevolent purposes and it is technically an unintended exploit. After being patched, this form was later "re-added" to the game as a feature and used by hard enemies and bosses.

An Error is a corrupted user that has broken the confines of reality, gaining immortality and enhanced stats rather than outright corrupted stats. A user has to obtain the Psuedo Error form first and then use a powerful artifact to seal themselves away to achieve this form. The artifact will fail to seal the user away due to the fact they are not recognized by the server, and the player will become even more corrupted. This form can be used for good or evil.

Perfect Error is a form that goes beyond even Error. In order to obtain this form, the user must corrupt themselves even further by using the TTT glitch and corrupting their death rating. However, players should be careful while using this form, since it is a point of no return and they will get a game deletion if they leave the game while in this form. This form also gives the user  the potential to transform into Black Voids by succumbing to the corruption, which is classified as a Monster transformation. Dark Error used this transformation as a last resort in her fight against Timmy.
