We are an international team of researchers (University of Birmingham, UK; Durham University, UK; Bond University, Australia; University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam). Exploring the role that identities play in how we process and relate to marketing information. We all hold many identities (relating to for instance our gender, sport team affiliations, or roles such as parent etc.) and we are interesting in finding out how marketers might use these identities to communicate effectively with us.
