Hello! My name is Andi Zulfitra Bin Andi Agus (BK24110248) as the finance manager of the team.
As a Finance Manager, I oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making. I'm responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow, while also ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. I lead and mentor a team, collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance, and present financial reports to senior management or stakeholders. My focus is on driving financial stability, profitability, and the long-term sustainability of the company.

My personal achievement as a Finance Manager has been consistently driving financial performance improvements and operational efficiencies within the organization. I’ve successfully led the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial projections that align with the company’s goals. By streamlining financial reporting and identifying cost-saving opportunities, I’ve helped increase profitability while maintaining compliance with regulations.
During the selling period, I successfully generated RM221.88 in sales, resulting in a net profit of RM93.81 in cash for the team.

Expenses: RM 128.08
I assisted with doughnut sales during the expo. It was a hectic day, but we successfully sold out all of our doughnuts!
