My primary job was to lead the company’s overall operations and drive its strategic growth. I focused on setting clear objectives and ensuring the team worked collaboratively toward achieving our sales goals. My role also involved solving challenges quickly, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive team environment. Through strategic decision-making and innovative marketing efforts, I ensured Dough Re Mi consistently delivered quality products and upheld its reputation within the community.
MOHAMAD AMIRUL
My job is to work closely with the CEO to lead the company’s growth, oversee daily operations, and drive strategic initiatives. This role involves developing business strategies, improving operational efficiency, managing budgets, and fostering a positive workplace culture. I also lead a high-performing team, ensure customer satisfaction, and support brand growth through innovative ideas and partnerships.
ANDI
As a finance manager, my role involves overseeing the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and managing cash flow. I analyze financial data to provide insights, ensure compliance with regulations, and control costs to improve profitability. I also assess investment opportunities, manage financial risks, and contribute to strategic planning. Additionally, I lead the finance team and work closely with other departments to align financial strategies with the company’s goals.
AINA LAI
As a Marketing Manager, I am responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. I was involved in conducting market research to identify trends and target audiences, managing advertising campaigns on Instagram, and coordinating with the Finance Manager to ensure target sales can be achieved. Throughout this business, I have created posters/videos that can attract social media followers to learn more about Dough Re Mi's products and I was also in charge of taking pictures of our activities.
GLENDA
As a marketing Manager, I handle the team social media accounts and oversee our engagement with the customers on the platforms. I work closely with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for promoting our products. I am also responsible to develop and execute strategies to promote ouour business and attract customers. Thus, creating promotional poster to attract aundience is one of the method. Other than that, I also handle market research, gathering insight about competitors and trends to ensure our startegies are competitive and relevant.
NORFATIRAH BINTI LOMAID
As the Commodity Manager, I oversee stock management, supplier coordination, and quality control to ensure smooth operations and product availability. I also analyze manage orders, and support the team in achieving sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
PARVINA
As a Packaging Manager in the donut business, I actively participated in the packaging process to ensure consistency and efficiency. I maintained the highest standards of quality and presentation for packaged donuts, meeting and exceeding customer expectations. I ensured all packaging operations adhered strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations. Additionally, I was responsible for managing packaging goods, ensuring sufficient inventory levels and proper storage to avoid shortages or wastage.
DEXTER
I deliver to customers and helps my team when a purchase requires transportation. I make sure all deliveries are done on time and that the doughnuts arrive fresh and in good condition. This role involves planning the delivery routes, organizing schedules, and handling any issues that come up along the way. I also work with the team to keep things running smoothly and make sure our customers are happy with their orders.
