JOB SCOPE
As a Delivery Manager, my job is to ensure that all deliveries were completed efficiently and on time, with the doughnuts arriving fresh and in perfect condition. Given the importance of reliable delivery in maintaining customer satisfaction, I carefully planned delivery routes and schedules to make the process smooth and efficient.
Throughout the business operations, I also addressed any delivery challenges promptly and worked closely with the team to ensure everything ran smoothly. Additionally, I communicated with customers to provide updates on their orders, strengthening their trust and satisfaction with our service.

Ensure all deliveries are made on time and doughnuts arrive fresh and in good condition.

Work with the team to keep delivery operations smooth and customers happy.
SELF REFLECTION
First of all, I am grateful for the opportunity given by God to continue this semester and take on this subject, which has greatly helped and exposed me to the world of business through this subject. This subject has opened my mind to grow and taught me not to be afraid of starting a business. Reflecting on the journey with Dough Re Mi, I realize that the key to success lies in perseverance, hard work, and the willingness to keep learning. Every challenge faced was an opportunity to learn and improve. This self-reflection has made me more confident that Dough Re Mi has great potential to grow and thrive.
I have gained various valuable experiences throughout doing this business, such as learning how to sell, promote products, and attract customers. These experiences are incredibly meaningful to me, and I will definitely apply them in the future.
I am also thankful and appreciative of our kind lecturer, Dr. Dyana Chang, who has provided us with so much guidance and support. Your contributions will always be remembered.
