안내 / Notice본 약관 및 면책조항은 dolvex app labs가 제공하는 어플리케이션(이하 "본 앱")의 이용에 관한 권리와 의무, 책임사항 및 면책 조항을 규정합니다. 사용자는 본 앱을 다운로드, 설치 또는 사용함으로써 본 약관의 모든 내용에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.These Terms and Disclaimers govern Your use of the application ("App") provided by dolvex app labs. 1. 앱 이용 안내 및 주의사항 / App Notice and Disclaimer
Korean본 앱(알파·베타 테스트 버전 및 정식 출시 버전을 모두 포함)의 모든 기능, 데이터, 콘텐츠, UI, 알고리즘은 완전하지 않을 수 있으며 언제든지 사전 통지 없이 변경·삭제·중단·폐기될 수 있습니다. 테스트 기간은 물론 정식 출시 이후에도 앱 내 모든 정보와 데이터는 불완전할 수 있고, 오류·버그·보안 취약점을 포함할 수 있습니다. 본 앱의 사용으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 결과에 대해서도 개발자, 회사, 계열사, 임원, 직원, 대리인, 공급자, 라이선스 제공자는 일절 책임을 지지 않습니다. 기타 문의사항이 있으시면 dolvexapplabs@gmail.com 으로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다. 감사합니다.
EnglishThe App (including both alpha/beta testing versions and officially released versions) and all its functions, data, content, UI, algorithms, and features may be incomplete and may be changed, deleted, discontinued, or entirely discarded at any time without notice. Whether during the testing phase or after its official release, all information in the App and any data may be incomplete and contain errors, bugs, security vulnerabilities, and other defects. The developer, the Company, its Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall bear NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER for any consequences arising from Your use of the App. For any other inquiries, please contact us at dolvexapplabs@gmail.com. 2. 보증의 부인 / Disclaimer of Warranties
Korean본 앱 및 모든 서비스는 “있는 그대로(AS IS)”, “사용 가능한 상태(AS AVAILABLE)”, 모든 결함과 위험을 포함하여 어떠한 종류의 보증 없이 제공됩니다. 관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 당사(그 계열사, 라이선스 제공자, 서비스 제공자, 공급자, 임원, 직원, 대리인을 포함)는 본 앱에 관하여 명시적·묵시적·법정적 또는 기타 모든 형태의 보증을 완전히 그리고 명백히 배제합니다. 여기에는 다음을 포함하나 이에 국한되지 않습니다:- 상품성, 특정 목적 적합성, 권리·비침해, 정확성, 완전성, 신뢰성, 보안성, 바이러스·악성코드·취약점으로부터의 자유, 중단 없는 작동, 오류·버그·결함 없는 성능- 거래 관행, 사용 관행, 업계 관행 등으로 발생할 수 있는 모든 보증- 본 앱이 귀하의 요구사항을 충족하거나, 의도한 결과를 달성하거나, 다른 소프트웨어·하드웨어·시스템·서비스와 호환되거나 작동하거나, 중단 없이 작동하거나, 성능·신뢰성 기준을 충족하거나, 오류·결함·버그·보안 취약점이 발견·수정·제거될 것이라는 어떠한 보증이나 진술
당사는 테스트 단계 및 정식 출시 이후에 제공되는 모든 데이터, 콘텐츠, 정보, 결과물의 정확성, 적시성, 완전성, 신뢰성, 안정성에 대해 어떠한 보증이나 진술도 하지 않습니다. 귀하는 본 앱이 테스트 단계뿐만 아니라 정식 서비스 중에도 상당한 버그, 오류, 보안 취약점, 데이터 손실·손상·유출 위험, 시스템 불안정, 기타 심각한 결함을 포함할 수 있음을 명확히 인정하고 동의합니다. 본 앱의 사용은 전적으로 귀하 자신의 위험 부담이며, 모든 위험을 귀하가 스스로 부담합니다. 일부 관할지역에서는 특정 보증의 배제를 허용하지 않으므로, 위 배제 조항 중 일부가 귀하에게 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다. 다만 이 경우 해당 조항은 관련 법률이 허용하는 최대한의 범위까지 완전하게 적용됩니다.
EnglishThe App and all Services are provided to You “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE”, and with ALL FAULTS, RISKS, AND DEFECTS without any warranty of any kind whatsoever, express, implied, statutory or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its Affiliates, licensors, service providers, suppliers, officers, directors, employees, and agents expressly, unequivocally, and irrevocably disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, freedom from viruses, malware, vulnerabilities, uninterrupted operation, or error-free, bug-free, defect-free performance;- Warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage, trade practice, or industry custom;- Any warranty or representation that the App will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, hardware, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or that any errors, defects, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or issues can or will be discovered, corrected, or removed.
The Company makes absolutely no representation or warranty whatsoever regarding the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, reliability, or stability of any data, content, information, or output provided through the App, whether during the testing phase or after official release. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the App, in any stage of release, may contain significant bugs, errors, security vulnerabilities, data loss/corruption/leakage risks, system instability, and other serious defects. Your use of the App is entirely at Your own risk and You assume all risks associated with such use. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some or all of the above exclusions may not apply to You. In such cases, the exclusions and limitations shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
3. 책임의 제한 / Limitation of Liability
Korean귀하가 입을 수 있는 어떠한 손해에도 불구하고, 본 약관의 어떤 조항에 따른 당사 및 공급자 등의 총 책임과 귀하의 유일하고 배타적인 구제 수단은 귀하가 본 앱에 대해 실제 지불한 금액(청구일 이전 12개월 이내)으로 제한되며, 지불한 금액이 없는 경우 0원(제로)으로 완전히 제한됩니다. 관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 당사 또는 그 공급자 등은 어떠한 경우에도 직접적·간접적·특별·우발적·징벌적·예시적·결과적 또는 기타 어떠한 손해(이익 상실, 사업 손실, 수익 손실, 데이터 손실·손상·유출, 영업권 손실, 사업 중단, 신체 상해, 정신적 고통, 프라이버시 침해, 컴퓨터·시스템 고장·오작동, 기타 금전적·비금전적 손실 포함)에 대해 일절 책임을 지지 않습니다. 당사 또는 공급자가 그러한 손해 가능성을 사전에 통지받았거나 구제 수단의 본질적 목적이 달성되지 못한 경우에도 전혀 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이 제한은 계약, 불법행위, 과실(중과실 포함), 엄격책임, 법령 위반 등 어떠한 법적 이론에 기반한 경우에도 적용되며, 다음으로 인해 발생하는 모든 손해를 포함합니다:- 본 앱의 사용 또는 사용 불능 및 오작동- 본 앱의 오류, 결함, 버그, 보안 취약점, 데이터 문제- 데이터의 손실, 손상, 유출, 부정확성- 본 앱과 함께 사용된 제3자 소프트웨어·하드웨어·서비스- 테스트 단계 및 정식 출시 이후의 당사의 모든 행위 또는 부작위 (중과실, 고의 포함)
귀하는 본 앱의 개발 단계 및 정식 출시 상태를 불문하고, 데이터 손실, 시스템 손상, 보안 사고, 기타 모든 결과를 포함한 모든 위험을 스스로 전적으로 부담하며 사용함을 명백히 동의합니다. 귀하는 본 약관에 따라 모든 청구권을 포기합니다. 일부 관할지역에서는 우발적 또는 결과적 손해 배제·제한을 허용하지 않으므로, 위 제한 중 일부가 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다. 이러한 경우 당사의 책임은 관련 법률이 허용하는 최대한의 범위로 완전히 제한됩니다.
EnglishNotwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company, its Affiliates, suppliers, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents under any provision of these Terms, and Your exclusive and sole remedy for all of the foregoing, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the App during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or ZERO (0) if You have not paid any amount. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or any of the foregoing parties be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, consequential, or otherwise (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss or corruption or leakage of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, personal injury, emotional distress, privacy breach, computer or system failure or malfunction, or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss), even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence (including gross negligence), strict liability, statutory violation, or otherwise) and whether the damages arise out of or in any way relate to:- Your use of or inability to use the App;- Any errors, defects, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or data issues in the App;- Any loss, corruption, leakage, or inaccuracy of data;- Any third-party software, hardware, or services used with the App;- Any act or omission (including gross negligence or willful misconduct) by the Company during the testing phase and after official release.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that You are using the App, regardless of its release stage, at Your own risk and assume all risks associated with such use, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, security incidents, and any other consequences. You irrevocably waive any and all claims against the Company under this Agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply. In such jurisdictions, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. 추가 보호 조항 (면책 및 보상) / Indemnification
Korean귀하가 입을 수 있는 손해와 무관하게, 귀하는 본 앱의 사용, 본 약관 위반, 또는 귀하가 제공한 데이터·콘텐츠·행위로 인해 발생하는 모든 청구, 소송, 손해, 손실, 책임, 비용, 지출(합리적인 변호사 비용, 소송 비용 포함)에 대해 당사, 그 계열사, 임원, 이사, 직원, 대리인 및 공급자를 방어·면책·보상·보호할 것을 명백히 동의합니다. 이 의무는 본 약관 종료 후에도 영구적으로 지속됩니다.
EnglishYou expressly agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless, and protect the Company, its Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and litigation costs) arising out of or in any way related to Your use of the App, Your breach of these Terms, or any data, content, or conduct You provide or engage in through the App. This obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms indefinitely.
5. 분리 조항 / Severability
Korean본 약관의 일부 조항이 관할 법원에 의해 위법, 무효 또는 집행 불가능한 것으로 판정되더라도, 이는 해당 조항에만 국한되며, 약관 내 다른 나머지 조항의 유효성, 적법성 및 집행력에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 않습니다. 무효화된 조항은 관련 법률이 허용하는 최대한의 범위 내에서 본질적 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 유효한 조항으로 수정되어 적용됩니다.
EnglishIf any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while retaining its original intent. The invalidity of any such provision shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of any other remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
6. 지식재산권 보호 / Intellectual Property Rights
Korean본 앱과 관련된 모든 소스코드, 바이너리, 디자인, 사용자 인터페이스(UI), 그래픽, 텍스트, 로고, 알고리즘, 특허 및 기타 핵심 기술 구성 요소에 대한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 전적으로 당사(개발자)에게 귀속됩니다. 귀하는 당사의 명시적인 사전 서면 동의 없이 앱의 전부 또는 일부를 수정, 복제, 배포, 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일, 소스코드 추출 또는 파생 저작물 생성을 할 수 없으며, 이를 시도하는 행위도 엄격히 금지됩니다.
EnglishAll copyrights, trademarks, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the App—including but not limited to source code, binaries, designs, user interfaces (UI), graphics, text, logos, algorithms, and technical modules—are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Company (the developer). You are strictly prohibited from modifying, reproducing, distributing, reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting source code, or creating derivative works of the App, in whole or in part, without our express prior written consent.
7. 집단소송 및 배심원 재판 포기 / Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
Korean귀하는 당사를 상대로 한 모든 분쟁, 청구 또는 소송을 오직 귀하의 '개인 자격'으로만 제기할 수 있으며, 어떠한 형태의 집단소송, 대표소송, 병합소송, 혹은 공익소송의 원고, 참여자 또는 소송단 일원으로 참가할 권리를 명시적이고 취소 불가능하게 포기합니다. 또한, 관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서 귀하와 당사는 배심원 재판을 청구하거나 받을 모든 권리를 포기합니다.
EnglishYou expressly and irrevocably agree that You may bring claims against the Company only in Your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in any purported class, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general proceeding. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, both You and the Company unequivocally waive any and all rights to a jury trial in any legal action arising out of these Terms.
8. 청구 제기 기한 제한 / Limitation on Time to File Claims
Korean본 앱의 사용, 서비스 또는 본 약관과 관련하여 발생하는 귀하의 모든 청구 및 소송 사유는 해당 청구 원인 또는 소송 사유가 최초로 발생한 날로부터 1년 이내에 관할 법원에 법적으로 제기되어야 합니다. 이 1년의 기간이 경과한 후 제기된 모든 청구 및 소송은 시효와 관계없이 영구적으로 소멸하며 법적으로 제기가 전면 금지됩니다.
EnglishAny claim, dispute, or cause of action arising out of or relating to Your use of the App, Services, or these Terms must be legally filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action first arose. If not filed within this one-year period, such claim or cause of action shall be permanently barred and legally extinguished, notwithstanding any statutory limitations to the contrary.
9. 이용 제한 및 서비스 해지 / Termination and Suspension
Korean당사는 단독 재량에 따라 귀하가 본 약관의 조항을 위반하거나, 타인의 권리를 침해하거나, 앱의 시스템 안정성 및 정상적인 운영을 방해·위협한다고 판단하는 경우, 사전 통지나 최고 없이 언제든지 즉시 귀하의 앱 접근 권한을 제한, 정지, 차단 또는 영구 종료할 수 있습니다. 당사는 이러한 조치로 인해 발생하는 귀하의 데이터 손실 등 어떠한 결과나 손해에 대해서도 일절 책임지지 않습니다.
EnglishThe Company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to restrict, suspend, block, or permanently terminate Your access to and use of the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, if it determines or suspects that You have breached any provision of these Terms, infringed upon third-party rights, or compromised the security or normal operation of the App. The Company shall bear no liability for any data loss or consequences arising from such actions.
10. 연령 제한 및 미성년자 규정 / Age Restrictions
Korean본 앱은 대한민국 법률상 만 14세 이상(또는 귀하가 거주하는 관할 지역의 법정 성년 연령)의 사용자만을 대상으로 설계 및 제공됩니다. 만약 사용자가 미성년자인 경우, 본 앱을 사용하기 전에 반드시 부모 등 법정대리인의 동의를 얻어야 합니다. 당사는 연령 미달자 또는 법정대리인의 동의 없는 미성년자의 오사용, 비정상적 이용, 결제 등에 대해 어떠한 법적 책임도 부담하지 않습니다.
EnglishThe App is intended and designed solely for users who are 14 years of age or older (or the equivalent legal age of majority in Your jurisdiction). If You are a minor, You must obtain the express consent of Your parent or legal guardian before installing or using the App. The Company disclaims all liability for any unauthorized use, transactions, or consequences resulting from use by underage individuals without proper parental guidance.
11. 전문적 조언의 부인 (참고용 데이터 고지) / No Professional Advice
Korean본 앱을 통해 생성, 계산, 표기, 전송되거나 출력되는 모든 정보, 데이터, 결과물 및 콘텐츠는 단순한 일반 참고, 통계, 오락 및 편의 제공 목적으로만 존재합니다. 어떠한 경우에도 이는 전문적인 의료, 법률, 세무, 재무, 투자, 심리 상담 또는 기타 형태의 전문적이고 공식적인 조언을 구성하거나 이를 대체할 수 없습니다. 귀하는 본 앱의 데이터를 신뢰하여 중대한 결정을 내리기 전에 반드시 공인된 자격을 갖춘 전문가와 별도로 상담해야 하며, 당사는 앱 결과를 맹신하여 발생한 결과에 책임지지 않습니다.
EnglishAll information, calculations, scores, text, data, and output provided through or generated by the App are for general informational, educational, entertainment, and convenience purposes only. Under no circumstances shall such content constitute or substitute professional medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, psychological, or other specialized professional advice. You assume sole responsibility for any decisions made based on the App's output and must consult qualified professionals prior to taking any action.
12. 제3자 광고 및 프로모션 게재 면책 / Third-Party Advertisements and Promotions
Korean본 앱 내에는 광고 네트워크(예: Google AdMob 등)를 통한 제3자의 광고, 마케팅 배너, 링크 등이 포함될 수 있습니다. 당사는 해당 광고주나 제3자가 제공하는 광고의 내용, 정확성, 사기성, 적법성 및 해당 링크를 통해 연결된 사이트의 안전성이나 제품·서비스에 대해 어떠한 통제권도 없으며 일절 보증하지 않습니다. 사용자가 광고를 클릭하여 제3자와 거래하거나 분쟁이 발생하는 경우, 이는 전적으로 사용자와 해당 광고주 간의 사안이며 당사는 이로 인한 피해에 책임이 없습니다.
EnglishThe App may integrate and display third-party advertisements, promotional banners, or external links via advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob). The Company has no control over, and does not monitor, endorse, or warrant the content, legality, safety, or accuracy of such advertisements or the products/services offered by advertisers. Any interactions, transactions, or disputes arising between You and third-party advertisers are strictly between You and such third parties, and the Company shall bear no liability for any loss or damage incurred.
13. 사용자 생성 콘텐츠 및 행동 책임 / User-Generated Content and Conduct
Korean귀하가 본 앱을 사용하는 과정에서 직접 생성, 입력, 업로드, 저장 또는 전송하는 모든 텍스트, 이미지, 데이터 및 기타 콘텐츠에 대한 법적 책임은 전적으로 귀하에게 있습니다. 당사는 사용자 생성 콘텐츠의 적법성, 정확성, 타인의 지식재산권 및 프라이버시 침해 여부를 사전에 모니터링하거나 보증하지 않으며, 사용자의 위법·부적절한 행동이나 규정 위반으로 인해 제3자에게 손해가 발생하는 경우 귀하가 단독으로 책임을 집니다.
EnglishYou are solely and exclusively responsible for any data, text, images, inputs, or materials You create, upload, store, or transmit through the App. The Company does not pre-screen, monitor, or endorse user-generated content and makes no representations regarding its legality, accuracy, or non-infringement. You assume all liability for any claims or damages resulting from Your unlawful, inappropriate, or unauthorized conduct or content within the App.
14. 앱 마켓 플랫폼 제공자의 면책 / App Market Platform Disclaimer
Korean귀하는 본 계약 및 약관이 오직 귀하와 당사(개발자) 간에만 체결되는 것임을 명확히 인정합니다. Apple Inc.(App Store), Google LLC(Google Play) 또는 기타 앱 배포 플랫폼 제공자(이하 "플랫폼")는 본 앱의 계약 당사자가 아니며, 본 앱의 운영, 유지보수, 기술 지원, 품질 보증 의무가 전혀 없습니다. 또한 제조물 책임 청구, 법적 요구사항 미준수, 지식재산권 침해 등 본 앱과 관련된 어떠한 청구에 대해서도 플랫폼은 책임을 지지 않으며 본 약관을 근거로 플랫폼에 청구할 수 없습니다.
EnglishYou acknowledge and agree that these Terms constitute a binding agreement solely between You and the Company (the developer), and not with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other app distribution platform provider ("Platforms"). The Platforms have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance, quality assurance, or technical support services with respect to the App, and shall not be held liable for any product liability, statutory non-compliance, or intellectual property infringement claims related to the App.
15. 데이터 수집 및 분석 / Data Collection and Analytics
Korean앱의 품질 향상, 시스템 버그 수정 및 전반적인 크래시 성능 개선을 위해 당사는 기기 정보, 크래시(충돌) 로그, 익명화된 사용 통계 데이터 등을 수집할 수 있습니다. 이러한 데이터 수집은 앱의 최적화, 기능 개선 및 안정화 목적으로만 사용되며, 개인을 식별할 수 있는 민감한 정보는 관계 법령 및 당사의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 엄격히 보호됩니다. 본 앱을 사용함으로써 귀하는 이러한 익명 데이터 수집 및 처리에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
EnglishTo improve app quality, fix software bugs, and optimize overall performance, we may collect technical hardware specifications, crash logs, and anonymized usage telemetry data. This collection is performed strictly for the purpose of stabilizing and enhancing the App. Any data that could potentially identify an individual will be rigorously protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. By using the App, You consent to such technical data processing.
16. 제3자 서비스 및 오픈소스 고지 / Third-Party Services and Open Source
Korean본 앱은 제3자가 제공하는 오픈소스 라이브러리, 외부 API, 소프트웨어 개발 키트(SDK), 플러그인 또는 링크에 의존하거나 이를 포함할 수 있습니다. 당사는 이러한 제3자 서비스의 상시 가용성, 정확성, 완전성 또는 보안 성능에 대해 어떠한 통제권도 없고 이를 보증하지 않습니다. 귀하가 제3자 서비스를 연동하여 사용함으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 직·간접적인 손해, 데이터 유출 또는 라이선스 분쟁에 대해서도 당사는 연대 책임을 지지 않으며, 각 구성요소의 오픈소스 라이선스 약관이 우선 적용됩니다.
EnglishThe App may integrate with, rely upon, or contain open-source software libraries, external APIs, Software Development Kits (SDKs), plugins, or hyperlinks provided by third parties. We exercise no control over, and do not warrant the continuous availability, accuracy, or security of such third-party resources. 17. 약관 및 면책조항의 변경 / Modifications to Terms
Korean당사는 단독 재량에 따라 본 약관 및 면책조항의 전체 또는 일부 내용을 언제든지 수정, 갱신 또는 변경할 수 있는 권리를 보유합니다. 약관이 변경되는 경우 앱 내 공지사항, 업데이트 로그 또는 기타 합리적인 전자적 방법을 통해 사용자에게 고지됩니다. 약관 변경 사항이 게시·안내된 이후에도 귀하가 본 앱을 계속 사용하는 것은 수정 및 변경된 약관 내용을 완전히 이해하고 예외 없이 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

18. 불가항력 (Force Majeure) / Force Majeure
Korean당사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 폭동, 파업, 테러, 전염병, 디도스(DDoS) 공격을 포함한 외부 해킹, 인터넷 인프라 및 국가 가전력망 장애, 정부의 규제 및 명령, 제3자 호스팅·클라우드 서비스(예: Firebase, AWS, Google Cloud 플랫폼 등)의 장애 등 당사의 합리적인 통제 범위를 완전히 벗어난 불가항력적인 사건으로 인해 발생하는 서비스 지연, 전면 중단, 기능 장애, 또는 앱 데이터 유실·손상에 대해 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.
EnglishThe Company shall be completely absolved of any liability and shall not be held responsible for any delay, suspension, malfunction, or data loss caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, strikes, terrorism, epidemics, cyber-attacks (including DDoS), internet backhaul or telecommunication infrastructure outages, power grid failures, government mandates, or technical outages of third-party hosting or cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Google Cloud).
19. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결 관할 / Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Korean본 약관, 면책조항 및 귀하의 본 앱 이용은 준거법 선택 및 법률 충돌 원칙을 배제하고 전적으로 '대한민국 법률'에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다. 본 약관, 서비스, 혹은 본 앱과 관련하여 발생하는 당사와 귀하 간의 모든 법적 소송, 중재, 소송 절차 및 분쟁은 대한민국 서울 소재 법원(서울중앙지방법원 등)을 제1심의 독점적·배타적 관할 법원으로 하여 해결하기로 취소 불가능하게 동의합니다. 단, 본 조항은 귀하의 거주 국가 법률상 계약으로 배제하거나 포기할 수 없도록 규정된 필수적인 소비자 보호 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
