Sorted and organized various essential documents, including files for SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, request letters, maternity leave, exit clearances, pay slips, resignation letters, and other important documents inside the steel cabinet of the office.
DAY 2: JUNE 13, 2024
Created a list of all employees and used Excel to accurately enter each employee's ID number,
Sorted the 201 files of both existing and newly hired employees by inserting their important documents.
Checked the 201 files and made a list of employees who does not have 201.
DAY 3: JUNE 14, 2024
Helped with the management of the employee's cash pay slips.
Rechecked the ID numbers of the employees, ensuring each one was correctly entered.
Assisted in the program for Father's Day organized by DMWC.

Created a list of employees who need to receive their documents, including copies of their job descriptions, probationary contracts, regular employment contracts, and appointment letters.
Organized and categorized essential employee documents, including exit clearances and resignation letters.

Created a pool of applicants for interview, consisting of summarized resumes detailing their personal information, schools graduated from, percentage of licensure exam, trainings, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.

Participated in observing applicant interviews for various divisions including Administration, Medical, and Nursing.

Assisted Ma’am Marjo to purchased materials necessary for the decoration of the turnover ceremony.
Cut Styrofoam to create letters for the decoration of the turnover ceremony and conducted trial and error on painting the letters.

Went to the engineering office to paint the materials and decorations for the turnover ceremony.
