CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

• Faculty and employees are kindly requested to return all library books to the designated area one week before the final examination of every term.

• The library clearance is signed only when all books/fines and other penalties have been settled.

• Students are not allowed to borrow on your behalf for the return of your borrowed library resources. Kindly borrow and return the resources personally.

• Always bring your ID when in the process of signing for clearances.

• Books should be returned from the satellite library where it was borrowed.
