  KIMS-Tribology 코팅 연구실은 Green Tribology를 목표로 하이브리드 고에너지 플라즈마 기반 다기능 탄소 동소체 기반 코팅 공정 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 고밀도, 고에너지 플라즈마 및 마찰공학 평가 기술을 통해 전이금속과 비금속 도핑된 다이아몬드 유사 탄소를 합성하여 에너지 소비를 절감하고 물질 손실을 방지함으로써 지속 가능한 사회에 기여합니다. 저희 연구실의 친환경 마찰공학 기술은 자동차, 광학, 반도체, 절삭공구 등 산업 응용 분야의 다각화를 위해 노력하고 있습니다.

  KIMS-Tribology Coating Lab. is focusing on developing a hybrid high-energy plasma-based multifunctional carbon allotropes-based coating process with the goal of green tribology. We contribute to a sustainable society by saving energy consumption and preventing material loss by synthesizing transition metal and non-metal doped diamond-like carbon through high-density and -energy plasma and tribological evaluation technology. Our environmentally friendly tribology technology is working to diversify industrial applications: automobiles, optics, semiconductors, cutting tools, and so on.
