Instructions for presenters
All presenters are invited to include the DLBCN logo in their slides or posters., available here in a variety of formats and colours.
Talks
The duration of the regular (non-keynote) talks is 10 minutes. There will be a 10 minuts for Q&A at the end of the sessions shared with all presenters.
Send to the local chair of your session a short bio to be read during your presentation. The name of the local and session chairs can be found in the program.
Come to the front of the auditorium 30 minutes for the start of your session to check the set up with the session chair and technical staff. In the case of Session 1, notice this is 8:30am, because Session 1 runs back to back with the keynote.
The slides can be projected in three different ways (only one is needed, others may be useful as back ups):
Share a link to your slides from this form. Formats supported: Google Slides, Microsoft Powerpoint or PDF. (recommended)
Bring your own laptop and connect to our beamer with an HDMI port.
Join a GMeet call with your laptop/tablet/smartphone and share your slides from there. Ask the local chair of your session for the URL.
Posters
The posters should be formatted to A0 dimensions in vertical (portrait) orientation (118.9 x 84.1 cm).
Set up your poster at least 10 minutes before your poster session begins. Posters from the first session should be removed after lunch, and those from the second session should be taken down before the event concludes.
Presenters must present their poster during the session. Optionally, they can also present their work during the Lunch (Potsers 1) or Torrons & cava (Posters 2) times.
