Early access tickets will be distributed to guarantee a seat in the available auditorium only if you arrive before or during the first 30 minutes of the event. Afterwards, seats will be distributed among the people in the waiting list. 

Early access tickets were being gradually distributed following this calendar:

• December 1-3: Presenters, co-authors and organizers.

• December 4-10: Organizing institutions & sponsors.

• December 11: General public.

[UPDATE Dec 11] Early access tickets are sold out. However, we encourage you to join the waitlist. If you are a member of an organising or sponsor organization, please use your institutional e-mail address when signing up to the list. We will contact you on Tuesday 19th if we can grant you an early access ticket. 

[UPDATE Dec 19] Starting 9:45am, we will release new tickets to those people in the waiting list, if seats are available in the auditorium. Keep an eye on your mailbox if you are still planning to attend.
