DKForm Finder does not collect personal information directly. Instead, it manages completed AcroField PDF files uploaded from the companion app DKForm Fill. These files may contain user‑entered information within AcroField fields. The app also manages fill‑in forms in the proprietary .dkform format (an encrypted AcroField PDF with metadata).
All data handled by DKForm Finder is stored in the user’s iCloud account. The app performs standard file operations (create, read, update, delete) on iCloud storage. Users retain full control over their files and may delete them at any time.
The app provides tools to:
Search completed PDF files using fields such as name, creation date, or external number.
Analyze files and present results on a dashboard.
No data is transmitted to external servers or third parties.
DKForm Finder does not use any third‑party web services. All operations are performed locally on the device or within the user’s iCloud account.
Because all information is stored in iCloud, the security of the data depends on Apple’s iCloud infrastructure and the user’s account settings. Users are encouraged to maintain strong Apple ID credentials and device passcodes.
Users can delete completed forms, fill‑in forms, or configuration files from iCloud at any time. The app does not retain or back up user data beyond what the user chooses to store.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected in the updated version available within the app or on the official website.
