In DKForm Fill, users select a fill‑in form to enter their information. All information entered is stored in a completed PDF file, within the AcroField fields of the form. The app does not collect or transmit personal information to any external servers or third‑party services.
Users have full control over where their completed forms are stored:
Forms may remain on the iPad device.
Users may choose to upload completed forms to their personal iCloud account.
The app does not automatically upload or share data; storage decisions are entirely user‑controlled.
The app does not use any third‑party web services. No data is shared with external parties, advertisers, or analytics providers.
Because all information is stored either locally on the iPad or within the user’s iCloud account, the security of the data depends on the device’s settings and Apple’s iCloud security measures. Users are encouraged to maintain strong device passcodes and Apple ID credentials.
Users can delete completed forms from their device or iCloud account at any time. The app does not retain or back up user data beyond what the user chooses to store.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the updated version available within the app or on the official website.
