Dears,
We are having a few activities till the end of the school year..
1: Webquests
We have 6 webquests. We agreed on arranging a pairing activity to work on webquests.
Students in pairs work with other students in pairs from a different country.
We try to involve 5 pairs from each county, but if you have LESS...no problem at all.
Countries:
Romania-Hungary Webquest: Greece, Estonia
Estonia-Greece Webquest::Portugal, Italy
Portugal-Italy Webquest::Romania, Hungary
For this activity we have a google form, please fill the charts with the names, age and contact details of your students. Deadline: 2 May

After receiving all posters, wordlouds...etc we are going to create an online calendar.
Apart from this activity, if your students want you can work on each webquest. :)
2. Online meeting for students:
It is supposed to be held around the middle of May. I think students can start the webquest activity before this meeting. So they will have more time, and after the online meeting they can easily finish their posters.
5 students represent a country:
Tasks:
Short introductions and a short picture based presentation of 1 or 2 national holidays.
max: 5/6 minutes altogether
Between the presentations they will play games: Kahoot, Quizizz...The maximum number of questions should be 10.
Tell me if you like this way or we should change something.
Hugs

Students find and record the following: •The significance of the celebration to that religion •Foods commonly associated with the celebration and why •Any general food customs or beliefs of that religion Groups plan a menu for their assigned religious ceremony based on their research and prepare at least 1 food from the list. Natural Heritage Trip Day Students researched a local heritage route for a family-friendly trip. In workgroups, they researched the heritage and traditions of local places and mapped the route. A QR code on their map will bring all of the families to the webpage to listen to the heritage podcasts as they walk the route.

Photography activity What we planned before the Covid: Each partner school organize a group of pupils supervised by a teacher to take photos of a heritage site or important historic monument/building in the school's neighbourhood. They select 2-3 photos and send it to Romanian partner school by email together with information about the site and name and age of the author of the photo. What we changed: We are uploading the best photos on eTwinning and prepare a virtual photo exhibition. Partners organize a competition locally and reward the best students.
