(*) DIT2026, the traditional DIT for all kind of paddle boats, will take place from 25 April to 1 May, with arrival in Rome
WARNING!
The Tiber is a class 2 river with some class 3 passages (portage difficult but possible).
It is therefore necessary that the participant has familiarity and ability to navigate rivers of this level and adequate equipment.
For each stage the following is indicated: the place of put-in; the place of take-out; the km to travel in water; the river difficulty (ww1-ww3).
The symbols '#' and '^' indicate the forecast of an overnight stay indoors (#) or in a tent (^) near the take-out.
The symbol '~' indicates the possibility of dinner offered by local communities near the overnight stay.
The bold indicates a holiday (take this into account for shop openings, etc.)

Accommodation on the floor in closed rooms or in your own tent nearby, with wc and sometimes showers.
Breakfast: self-provided
Lunch: packed lunch during a break along the river run, self-provided
Dinner: at the place of overnight stay, offered by local communities (complete, genuine, abundant fixed menu). Bring your own NON-disposable tools! (cup, bowl, spoon, fork, knife)
Rental bus for the daily transport of luggage and of people. Bring a large bag to carry your gear.
For participants arriving by plane, upon request, ways will be found to facilitate arrival and departure.
Participation is open to members of the Discesa Internazionale del Tevere amateur sports association. The membership fee is 15euro/year. A medical certificate of fitness for sport is required.
We will share the costs of accommodation, dinner, transportation: 300euro/pp, if paid on time.
Nautical equipment and camping equipment to be provided by the participant.
Booking opening 1. December 2025 at 00h00, first come, first served. Max 16 participants.
Deposit due by January 31, 2026: €100. After January 31, 2026: check with the organizer for availability and fee.
Balance due by March 31, 2026: €200. After March 31, 2026: check with the organizer for availability and fee.
Cancellation before 31. March 2026: in case of another participant taking over, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded; otherwise, 100 euro will not be refunded.
Cancellation after 31. March 2026: in case of another participant taking over, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded; otherwise, 200 euro will not be refunded.
